Our Camera-based Navigation, Localization and Mapping technology was built from ground up. It can be deployed quickly and self-updates its maps over time.

SEAMLESS AUTO-MANUAL TRANSITION

Tugs switch easily between autonomous and manual modes. 

When picking side-by-side, tug pulls the load letting the operator focus on picking/packing/loading.

When used in point-to-point delivery, ease of manual-autonomous switching allows the operator to hitch/unhitch carts and pallets quickly.

COMMAND WITH VOICE, WRIST, TABLET OR CLOUD

Tugs can be commanded in multiple ways to be most efficient in warehouse operations.

If operator is busy picking/packing, tugs can be commanded by voice or via wrist-held screen.

If complete integration with WMS is desired, tugs can be commanded via an API exposed by the Anantak Cloud Platform.

PERCEIVE IN FULL 3D & RESPOND SAFELY

Anantak's perception system fuses images from multiple fisheye and depth cameras, inertial data from IMUs, kinematic data from tire encoders and power/load data from various sensors.

This enables our tugs to operate robustly in intermittent dark areas, rough ground, ramps and among fast moving forklift trucks.

Perception recognizes warehouse objects. This allows tugs to respond to special situations. For example, tugs can be asked to go around a pallet, but wait when a forklift is blocking the way.

CREATE ROUTE MAPS IN REAL TIME

Tug's autonomous route and stations are learned by driving over the route. Tugs can start operating autonomously right away.

Tugs self-create a map of the route and keep it updated over time. Self updating maps dramatically reduce map maintenance costs.

If more tugs are added to the route, they can reuse the routes learned by other tugs. So more tugs can be deployed during busy times.

ADVANCED VEHICLE CONTROL

Anantak's advanced control system uses physics-based model-predictive control to drive the tugs. System intricately understands tugs' braking and acceleration limits.

Control system solves a large multi-objective optimization problem in real time on-board the vehicle. It continuously makes decisions to get the vehicle to its destination while keeping everyone safe.

SELF-CORRECTING OVER TIME

We have invested heavily in self-calibrating technology. Our vehicles are able to learn about changes in their operating behavior by using their own operating data.

Anantak Model-Predictive Controller will realize if its tug is braking slower than its expectation. It will raise an alarm about this and if the change is acceptable, it will adjust its operating model so that slower braking is taken into account.

Self-correcting capability allows us to keep our tugs operating safely over the long term. Our field technicians do not need to be roboticists. This helps to keep maintenance costs low.
